“There's a new camp in town and they are partnering with Claremont Education Foundation to bring full day innovation camps to kids from the region. My nephew is from the Bay Area where Galileo camps dominate the summer scene. He's always longed to attend Galileo and ironically visiting SoCal for the summer provided him just that opportunity. Director Vivian donned a tutu, a beaming smile and carried her rubber chicken, just a glimpse of her vivacious attitude. Throughout the week kids developed stop motion films, designed hydro powered marble runs and built machines so creative it seemed to be all play to them. Staff were all friendly and energetic too. The end of camp meeting and Open House showed off amazing ideas and projects and fun filled caring experiences. This is a great option for alternative thinking experiences that feel like play. Aiden is already planning for next year!”
